Cancellation Policy
At SIITARA, we strive to offer a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Below is our cancellation policy to help guide you:
1. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, free of charge. After this time, your order will have been processed, and cancellation may no longer be possible. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at [siitara.helpdesk@gmail.com] with your order number.
2. Late Cancellations
If your cancellation request is made after the 24-hour window but before your order has been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
3. Shipped Orders
If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to process a cancellation. However, you may return the item once it is delivered, in accordance with our Return and Exchange Policy. Shipping fees may not be refundable.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
For COD orders, an additional ₹100 fee is applicable, which must be paid in advance. Please note that this fee is non-refundable if the order is canceled or returned.
5. Custom and Personalized Orders
Please note that custom-made or personalized sarees are not eligible for cancellation once production has started. This includes sarees with special customizations such as blouse stitching, color changes, or added embellishments. We kindly ask that you confirm all custom details before placing your order.
6. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is accepted, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
7. How to Cancel an Order

- Include your order number and the reason for cancellation in the email.
- Our customer support team will confirm whether your cancellation request has been successful.
